The Netherlands: Expect from 3 to 14 days delivery time on national orders. 

International: Expect from 7 to 21 days delivery time on international orders.

However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery or the loss of a parcel by a third party responsible for its delivery, by you, or by an unforeseen event or a case of force majeure.

In the event that you do not receive your package, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier and this may take several days after receipt of your claim. No refund or redelivery will be made during this investigation period.

Refund period is 14 days.
