Copyright. When purchasing original paintings, you own the artwork, not the copyright of the artwork. The copyright belongs to Steyn Skyler unless: They specifically signed the copyright to the buyer. The copyright has expired.

Unless one of these situations applies, the original purchaser will not automatically obtain the right to copy the painting as a print, card, poster, clothes, etc. when you purchase the painting-you will get the right to own and enjoy the item but not the right to copy it .

Delivery. Please remember that the delivery time we give you is only an estimated time. The actual delivery time will have many influencing factors. If time is sensitive, please contact us before placing an order. We will deliver all deliveries to the address you provided to us, so please check your order email to ensure that the address is the correct one. Although Steyn Skyler is not responsible for delivery of incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure that we strive to find an appropriate solution. We ship worldwide, just send me a message and we will make it work.

If your order is to be shipped outside The Netherlands, we assume that you’re aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in the country your order is being shipped to. Steyn Skyler will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.
